Mr. Graham actively serves as the President of Graham & Company, a company he co-founded with his brother. Mike heads Graham’s commercial real estate division, which includes sales, leasing and development activities across the company’s Southeastern footprint. Actively involved in commercial development over the last 30 years, Mike was personally responsible for the development of multiple properties now owned within the GCP portfolio. Mike is a graduate of the University of the South, Sewanee and holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Emory University.

Mr. Graham currently serves as the Chairman of Graham & Company, a company he co-founded with his brother where he coordinates the company’s consulting and asset management services. Steve remains widely respected for his skills in commercial real estate appraising and consulting. He holds the MAI designation of the Appraisal Institute and the Counselor of Real Estate (CRE) designation. Steve is a graduate of the University of the South, Sewanee and earned a law degree from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law.

Mr. Garcia is the principal partner and founder of Blue Ceiba Advisors, a private equity firm with offices in Mexico City and New York. Blue Ceiba is a real estate investment advisory group, representing foreign investors, seeking high caliber investment opportunities located in select US markets. Mr. Garcia has been involved in the industrial real estate market since his tenure with Prologis (NYSE: PLD), where he directly participated in various portfolio acquisitions, dispositions, financings and private fund contributions throughout North America. Prior to forming Blue Ceiba, Jaime co-founded Momentum Real Estate, a Miami based investment firm that acquired several distressed opportunities throughout the US Sunbelt region. Mr. Garcia obtained a Master of Urbanism & Real Estate Development at the University of Pennsylvania, in collaboration with The Wharton Business School.

Mr. Colchero is a partner and founder of Devon Investments, an independent asset management firm with offices in Santiago, Chile. Francisco brings more than 15 years of experience in institutional asset management and investment banking. His experience includes leading the execution of investments in real estate and private equity in over ten different jurisdictions with private and public partners. Prior to his current role, Francisco served as Chief Executive Officer of the asset management arm of Celfin Capital, a leading Chilean investment bank with $5 billion of assets under management that was acquired in 2011 by a Brazilian financial institution. Francisco holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile and a Master of Business Administration degree with honors for the Kellogg School of Management.

Mr. Fryer is a partner and co-founder of Iron Tree Capital in Atlanta, Georgia. During his more than 40-year real estate career, Bill has played a leading role in the structuring and execution of major real estate transactions with institutional investors, global financial institutions, private equity firms, investment managers, and operating companies, both public and private. Bill was formerly a senior partner at the global law firm of King & Spalding. Bill received both his undergraduate and law degree both from the University of Virginia.
