Senior Property Manager
Beth Gresham is a Senior Property Manager at GCP, responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, construction management, and client relations. Beth joined GCP’s predecessor in 2011 as the on-site property manager for a Class A four-building office complex in Birmingham. She currently manages 7.2 million square feet of industrial and office space for GCP and third-party clients in Alabama, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, and Texas.
