Our Company

GCP is a real estate investment holding and management company headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama, with additional offices in Atlanta, Georgia, and Jacksonville, Florida.  Our Fund I Portfolio, which totaled 11.7 million square feet, sold in October 2020 for $802 million.

GCP is moving forward with its Fund II Portfolio, implementing a strategy of acquiring highly functional single- and multi-tenant industrial properties in demographically attractive, supply-constrained locations in the Southeast. GCP targets attractively priced assets with intrinsic, long-term value. In addition, GCP seeks select development and value-add projects with opportunities for significant value creation.   The scale, geographic diversification and quality of the assets in the portfolio combined with an exceptional management team generates consistent, risk-adjusted returns for our investors.

Since 2015, GCP’s experienced management team has acquired almost $500 million of industrial product, successfully executing on a growth strategy designed to offer scale, modern product and diversification in some of the Southeast’s most dynamic markets.
