VP of Investments
Michael Flynn is Vice President of Investments and is responsible for all aspects of acquisitions, development, and leasing. Michael joined GCP in 2021 as a Development Associate after gaining experience in the commercial brokerage industry and was promoted to Development Manager in 2022.
Michael works with his co-VP of Investments, John Grizzle, to identify, evaluate, and negotiate investment opportunities for GCP’s funds and separate accounts. He is also responsible for managing and expanding the company’s speculative and build-to-suit development pipeline across the Sun Belt.
