Senior Investment Analyst
Jason Kaplan joined GCP in 2025 as Senior Analyst and is responsible for analyzing portfolio acquisitions, dispositions, and overall risk.
Jason is critical to the investment team in all aspects of investment strategy, deal sourcing, broker relationships, and investment analysis. He leads underwriting for all investment and leasing opportunities while maintaining corporate and portfolio projections.
