Property Accountant
Jateria Brown joined GCP in June 2026 and currently serves as a Property Accountant responsible for providing accounting services for the Fund II AEW Assets portfolio. In this role, she prepares monthly financial workbooks, performs property-level accounting for assigned assets, and supports senior management during the annual audit and tax preparation process. She also assists with property-level accounting for third-party assets.
Prior to joining GCP, Jateria Brown built a strong foundation in banking and financial services at ServisFirst Bank, where she progressed from Teller/Client Services Representative to Client Associate.
