VP of Investments
John Grizzle is Vice President of Investments and is responsible for all aspects of acquisitions, development, and leasing. John joined GCP in 2018 as an Investment Analyst and was promoted to AVP/Investments in 2021 and to VP of Acquisitions in early 2023.
John works with his co-VP of Investments, Michael Flynn, to identify, evaluate, and negotiate investment opportunities for GCP’s funds and separate accounts. He also leads underwriting for all investment opportunities and assists the finance team in maintaining portfolio projections.
