John Hagefstration co-founded GCP’s predecessor in 2013. He played a crucial role in the strategic implementation of the initial roll-up of assets and securing more than $200 million in additional equity commitments, along with over $400 million in secured debt, to fuel the rapid growth of GCP’s Fund I platform.
John shares day-to-day responsibility for GCP’s overall investment strategy. He also oversees risk management and legal affairs, runs the equity investment programs, and manages relationships with key stakeholders.
He is an experienced executive with over 30 years of experience working in multiple asset classes.
