Accounting Manager
Laura Parrish is an Accounting Manager for GCP and is responsible for the Highline portfolio reporting, including budgets, forecasts, cash flows, monthly financial reporting, owner distributions, and tenant relations. She also leads the budget and CAM reconciliation processes for the accounting team, supervises and trains new hires, and reviews the property accountants’ financials and journal entries. During her time in this role, she has participated in the fixed asset implementation team and improved several accounting procedures, including accruals, budgets, and CAM reconciliations.
She joined GCP’s predecessor in 2016 as a Senior Property Accountant, overseeing many third-party and Fund I properties. In this role, she provided financial reporting, banking, CAM reconciliation, forecasting, and tenant and property management support. She participated in the conversion team to the current accounting system and helped facilitate the disposal of Fund I.
