Property Accountant
Lauren Overton is a Property Accountant at GCP, where she manages the accounting and financial reporting for a portfolio of real estate assets, including preparing property-level financial statements, monitoring budgets, and ensuring accurate reconciliations.
Prior to joining GCP in 2025, Lauren worked as an Accountant at Holborn Corporation in New York. With her experience, she helps keep the company’s financial operations on track and supports month-end and year-end close processes. She values working closely with teams throughout the organization to provide financial insights and support operational decision-making.
