VP of Investments
Michael Flynn is Vice President of Investments and is responsible for all aspects of acquisitions, development, and leasing. Michael joined GCP in 2021 as a Development Associate after gaining experience in the commercial brokerage industry and was promoted to Development Manager in 2022.
Michael works to identify, evaluate, and negotiate investment opportunities for GCP’s funds and separate accounts. He is also responsible for managing and expanding the company’s speculative and build-to-suit development pipeline across the Sun Belt.
