Senior Property Manager
Sam Warbington is a Senior Property Manager at GCP and is involved in all aspects of maintenance and operations, budgeting, monthly ownership reporting, tenant relations, and overseeing tenant build-out projects and capital improvements. Sam joined GCP in 2014 as a property manager with extensive experience in all aspects of commercial property management and asset management for large portfolios of hotels, Class A office buildings, super-regional malls, mixed-use developments, and lifestyle retail centers.
With 45+ years’ experience, he currently manages 3.7 million square feet of industrial and office space for GCP and third-party clients in Alabama, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. Sam has been a licensed real estate agent since 1985.
