Legal Administrator
Sheila Ellis joined GCP in 2021 and is the Legal Administrator. Her responsibilities are primarily focused on the due diligence process for commercial developments, acquisitions, and dispositions.
Prior to joining GCP, Sheila spent 40 years at Daniel Corporation, serving as the Corporate Secretary and Legal Administrator during her final 10 years there. While at Daniel, Sheila was involved in the acquisition, development, and closing of numerous commercial projects and residential communities, primarily in the Southeast.
