Managing Partner, GCP Management Services
Stacey Wadsworth joined GCP’s predecessor in 2015 as Director of Property Management and is responsible for all aspects of GCP Management Services (GCPMS), including property management and human resources. GCPMS manages over 10 million square feet of office and industrial space, including both GCP-owned and third-party properties.
Stacey’s operational expertise plays a critical role in GCP’s track record of high tenant retention and property maintenance at an institutional level. She is at the center of the company’s vertically integrated management platform, a structure that will continue to be instrumental in GCP’s success as an owner/operator of industrial assets.
